Steel fabricated body horizontal split design.
- Pinions will be of EN -19 material properly heat treated. Housing will be
of steel fabricated.
- Double helical teeth cut on imported hobbing machine.
- Shaft ends accurately ground to close machine.
- Inside piping will be provided for forced lubrication arrangement of bearings and
pinion teeth
- Oil Seal provided at input/output ends of shafts to prevent oil leakage.
- Pinion enclosed in will be proportioned steel fabricated housing.
- Transparent window provided on both sides of housing to observe teeth lubrication
